SINCE THIS IS CONSIDERED A MEDIUM RISK FOOD FACILITY, THERE SHALL BE AT LEAST ON INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYED AS A FOOD SAFETY MANAGER [750.540]. NEXT INSPECTION
OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING PREPPED AND COOLED FOOD ITEMS WITHIN THE WALK-IN COOLER TO HAVE NO LABELING INFORMATION: (1) CAN ON CHILI, (2) PASTA, AND A (3) CAN OF SAUSAGE GRAVY.
